World Vision Sponsor a Child

World Vision is Australia's largest charitable group, with the support of 400,000 people nationwide. Their child sponsorship campaign is committed to help fight poverty in the world's poorest countries whilst sustaining and focusing on the wellbeing of children. By providing relief in emergency situations and long-term community development projects, World Vision's aim is to help people move towards self-sufficiency.

25,000 children die every day from poverty-related causes, whilst across the globe over 900 million people go hungry. With so many children suffering from hunger and disease, long-term development projects need to be put into place via your donations to provide healthcare, education, food and water - all the things we take for granted.

World Vision's tireless work creates positive changes in the world's poorest communities by :

Your contribution will be pooled with donations to fund projects that benefit children, families and communities for generations. Up to 5% of your monthly donation will help support campaigns to fight against poverty, with any contributions in excess of the standard monthly rate being used to enhance the long term goals of your child's community.
